Induced Vertical Flow Machines
Induced Vertical Flow
Induced Vertical Flow machines either Discharge or Densify bulk solids stored in Bins, Silos, Piles, or Containers. This group is unique because the vibratory action it produces only needs to supplement the force of gravity.
The machines are most commonly used to discharge bulk solids from storage. Stored material is induced to flow by a cyclical application of the vibratory force. Since the primary material mover is gravity, little energy is required. Cycle type operation means reliable discharge of the stored bulk solids without any detriment and avoiding unwanted densification of the particles not getting in the active flow stream.
Most Kinergy Induced Vertical Flow machines have only two components, the isolator and the vibratory motor. This means very few spare parts to stock, and because all components have been designed, developed, and tested over thousands of successful installations, the only routine maintenance would be the occasional greasing of the motor.

Free Booklet: "Introducing Vibratory Machines for Material Handling"
Realizing vibrations can be very destructive, Engineers seldom considered intentionally creating vibrations in a machine to perform a beneficial function. Even so, over the years and by taking advantage of the principle of “Natural Frequency”, these purposely vibrated machines have been gradually but steadily improved. Thus, these Electro-Mechanical Machines now have more Electrical Operating Versatility and are ranked among the most “Energy Efficient” available. This history and the progressive evolution are explained in the Booklet entitled “Introducing Vibratory Machines for Material Handling”. The booklet is intended to be educational and is available upon request.
